Recycle Waste To Fuel

Xcelsior Consortium, LLC is planning a major waste-to-fuel facility on the
BASF land in the City of Rensselaer, NY. We are currently going after the 10% "up-front" start
up costs of a $1/3Billion project using Obama ARRA stimulus money from the
$39B DOE loan guarantee program passed in February, 2009.
